R404a, a commonly used refrigerant in blast chillers and shock freezers, has been restricted due to its high Global Warming Potential (GWP), which has a negative impact on the environment. To comply with the strict environmental regulations of different countries and contribute to the sustainable development of the planet, our R & D team immediately launched an upgrade project for our blast chiller/shock freezer.
After intensive research and development efforts, we are proud to announce that we have successfully upgraded our products to use the new environmentally friendly refrigerant R452a. This new refrigerant not only has a significantly lower GWP, reducing the greenhouse effect by more than 45% compared to R404a, but also maintains excellent cooling performance similar to that of R404a.
Our upgraded blast chiller/shock freezer equipped with R452a has passed a series of strict tests to ensure that it meets the legal requirements and environmental standards of every country.
